Amazon shares fell sharply. Get ready for a huge rally.

Back in July I wrote a Barron’s Alibi which made a bullish argument for

Amazon.com

related to the enormous long-term value of the company’s cloud computing division,

Amazon

Web services. My fault.

Amazon

they have shares as it fell by 25%amid concerns about near-term growth prospects for both the company’s core e-commerce business and AWS.

While these concerns are valid, I am more convinced than ever that it makes sense to buy

Amazon

com (ticker: AMZN) stocks for the long haul. So while you’re shopping for Squishmallows and Barbie Dreamtopia Mermaid dolls this holiday season, you might want to drop a few bucks for

Amazon

shares as well.
