Terry (6-foot-5, 270 pounds) is ranked the No. 4 prospect at his position and Number 35 overall in its class.
According to On3, Terry admitted it was a difficult decisionbut after praying over it, he decided deep down that Georgia was where he wanted to be.
“It was a difficult decision and I had to think deeply within myself… I had to pray about it and ask God to lead me to the right decision. I felt deep down that Georgia was where I wanted to take my talent… If you show that you will work, they will be there for you and welcome you with open arms. It’s just family love. When I step foot on campus, it feels natural – like I’m at home.”
Terry joins a loaded defense ranked #1 in the nation in Football Outsiders’ FEI ratings for two consecutive years.
Georgia won over 10 other programs which made Terry an offer including Auburn, South Carolina, Florida and Alabama.
